Spinach Dip Pasta
SERVES 4 | FINISH IN 20 MINUTES
12 oz. Box Pasta of Choice
1/2 c. Quartered Artichokes
2 c. Spinach
1/2 c. Green Garden Spinach Dip
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/4 c. Toasted Pine Nuts
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions in salted water.
- Once al dente, drain and immediately return to the pan. Stir in the spinach and artichokes and cook until spinach is wilted. Add in the spinach dip and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well coated.
- Top with pine nuts and enjoy!
