Vegan Nachos with Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing and Dip

Ingredients

Tortilla Chips
1 bag Shredded Vegan Cheddar Cheese
1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Fresh Jalapeno, thinly sliced
Green Garden Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing
For garnish: pickled onion, cilantro, avocado

Products you'll need
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cover sheet pan in an even layer of tortilla chips. Top with black beans, cheese, tomatoes and jalapeno.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melty. Garnish with Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing, pickled onion, cilantro and diced avocado.
