Vegan Nachos with Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing and Dip
SERVES 4-6 | FINISH IN 20 MNUTES
1 bag Shredded Vegan Cheddar Cheese
1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Fresh Jalapeno, thinly sliced
Green Garden Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing
For garnish: pickled onion, cilantro, avocado
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Cover sheet pan in an even layer of tortilla chips. Top with black beans, cheese, tomatoes and jalapeno.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melty. Garnish with Cilantro Jalapeno Dressing, pickled onion, cilantro and diced avocado.
